Welcome to Midrest Inn. By booking, checking in, or staying with us, guests agree to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure comfort, safety, and fairness for all.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in may be available for a $20 fee, depending on room availability. Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card or cash deposit upon arrival. Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid form of payment at the time of booking.

Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning costs caused during their stay. Midrest Inn is a non-smoking property, and a cleaning fee will apply for smoking inside rooms. Pets are welcome only in designated rooms and must be approved before arrival; an additional cleaning fee may apply. Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and property.

Midrest Inn is not responsible for loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings. Please use in-room safes when available. Guests use the property, including parking areas and amenities, at their own risk. Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest engaging in disruptive, illegal, or unsafe activity without refund.
